The most special time I have with a guest is when the service is completed, and I remove the cape; they stand up with a giant smile from ear to ear and say, “OMG, I love it!”. It legit gives me all of “the feels”! To be able to create those types of emotions while I get to be a creative artist on such an amazing canvas truly is a blessing.

The Michael Flores Salon is located in the flagship store of Neiman Marcus in Downtown Dallas. Parking options in the area are plentiful. Neiman Marcus offers valet service. Validated self-parking is available at the Dal-Park garage. Please make sure to bring your parking ticket with you for validation by the Neiman Marcus Guest Services Team, located on the first floor.

Once you enter the building, proceed to the 6th floor by elevator or escalator. I always recommend giving yourself a few extra minutes to shop on your way up!
​
As you arrive on the 6th floor, you will find the salon located on the left-hand side, where you will be greeted and checked in by the front desk team.
